The association
TOPERA
is a non-profit organization engaging in facilitating and coordinating
transnational projects with emphasis on European projects.
TOPERA
promotes new fields of activity for transnational and transcultural projects in
initiating international co-operations through consortia building
accompanying the various stakeholders throughout the project
offering training and coaching for organizations
disseminating information on results of transnational projects
TOPERA
is always open to new partners for co-operation and consortia building.
